Return Policy

If you want to return your Gapaz, please request contact us at support@gapaz.com.br

You can request a return within 10 (ten) calendar days after receiving the product. The products to be returned must have the garments tag, with the hygienic protector in perfect condition, and all accessories that accompany it without any indication of use.

Customers outside of the Brazil are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.

We do accept returns from orders outside the BR, but we do not send return labels for these orders. In this case, the customers outside of the Brazil are responsible for shipment costs for returns and exchanges.

To ship an item back to GAPAZ BEACHWEAR please:
1.⁠ ⁠⁠Please write down the order numbers on a sheet of paper and include them in the package.
2.⁠ ⁠⁠Pack your item(s) into a bag or box.
3.⁠ ⁠As soon as we recieve your returned items and inspect that all is in perfect conditions, we will provide you a full refund. This process can take up to 4 days.
