All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.


2. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping, including to the United States, Europe, and other international destinations.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option selected.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe: 10–20 business days

  • South America (outside Brazil): 7–15 business days

  • Asia & Oceania: 15–25 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs processing or high seasonal demand.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to monitor your delivery.


6. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the checkout total.
